1. General Provisions
These terms govern the use of services provided by WestSoft. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Services Description
WestSoft provides custom software development services including but not limited to SaaS development, AI integrations, web and mobile application development.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon in individual contracts. Standard payment is 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion, unless otherwise specified.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights of the developed software transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
5. Confidentiality
WestSoft agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details as outlined in our NDA agreements.
